I hope someone from Longmont joins. I know they are using a different system and it sounds complicated. They are trying to run it without staff, only volunteer board members!
Chris, we are also using Keynote for our slideshow. We have a problem with keynote crashing and now have to set the G4 to reboot once a day. I think the problem has to do with memory. It has one gig, but we are running 350 slides. I think our Keynote file is about 150megs. I wonder how many slides others are able to loop without problems?
Actually I really like the Princeton b1000 we have. Pretty rock solid and easy to use and schedule. It's the additional stuff Telvue added after they bought Princeton that I haven't been over impressed with, but it seems to be getting better. It should be fun to see what they are showing off in Denver at the ACM conference. Everyone I have talked to seems to like the Princeton server and I would recommend it.
As for ease of program sharing Denver, Durango, and Telluride all have a Princeton so there should be no problems sharing the files. We just set up a FTP server for Colorado Access sharing. Send me an email with what you want for a name and password and we can test it out.

Yes, we are having a whole workshop to discuss the options. All the major vendors will be here and Princeton is doing a special all day training at DOM on Thursday before the conference.
